Shadowrun Returns: Dead Man’s Switch Part 28: Joining the Brotherhood
1So, after checking out the Cyberware and getting our team together, we then head out to the local chapter that the Brotherhood have been working out of to find some kind of musical festival here (I don’t remember if we ever actually figure out why this is here and for what purpose but, I could’ve totally missed something). I thought it was a little weird that they were selling tickets event though the stage was like ten feet away from the side of the road meaning literally anyone with ears, or robotic ears, would be able to hear it. None the less, there was still a crowd of people herding around and buying both tickets and drugs. Regardless, we entered the Brotherhood’s chapter to start snooping around for some clues on where Jessica is as well as Cherry Bomb’s ex-boyfriend is at since she hasn’t seen him a few days. This mission is actually about stealth and trying not to get discovered by wearing some kind of disguise although, that being said, the particular disguise didn’t seem to matter all too much (I think we tried on like three or four but they didn’t really seem to do too much; then again, I might’ve just been progressing like the game wanted me to so I’m not terribly sure). What I did notice was the different number of ways to get these clothing pieces by accidentally doing more than I needed to. Either way, it was still cool to play dress up and look around the enemy’s base in plain sight.
