So, after helping the police defend their Station, we head out to complete the next story mission and this one is a little longer than I would’ve liked. We find out that the Dustmen have outfitted buses with a crap-ton of scrap metal and barbwire to make these makeshift tanks. For whatever reason, they are using these machines to go through the streets of the city, casually murdering everyone in their sights (I don’t really understand why they would go out of their way to do that; It could be a message to state they own the streets/city but, is seems counter-productive to kill the people you are sending the message to). Moya tells us that the army might think that these machines are going to be used in order to break out of the Blockade (which would mean the army would come in and murder everyone) so in order to stop them from murdering more people/breaking out of the quarantine, we have to jump onto the top of the buses and shoot an electrical box that is powering the buses. My issue with this particular mission is that it gets rather repetitive after a while (climb building, jump on bus, shoot thing, run away repeat) and it doesn’t help that there are three or four side missions that open up after this one where we have to destroy more buses. In the story mission, they spawn like three or four buses for you to destroy while each side mission only has one bus but, as I mentioned, they get super repetitive after the first three or so, maybe less than that. I’m no expert with buses but I would’ve liked some different ways to destroy/stop the buses to spice things up. I also have no idea how they have so many of these buses just lying around to outfit into makeshift tanks but, then again, these guys have their own shanty town in the middle of the city so who knows what they have.
