No boss name in the title since it's kind of a spoiler.

This Side Quest is given to you by an Angel in Awajicho after defeating Surt and will have you go to Shinagawa, to an area that you couldn't access before since an Angel was blocking your path. Head to the Konan 3rd Block fount and cross the bridge to reach the area, there's a Miman there, Amanozako, and an Aitvaras giving you a clue as to what you need to do.
So wait until the Full Moon and talk to Amanozako again and...

You'll have to fight her! She's level 51, weak to Fire and Ice, strong or more against all other elements. She can use Mazionga and Mazanma against you so try not to be weak to those, her Magatsuhi attack is also not predictable.
Also try not to have physical attackers weak to Dark as she'll counter most Strength-based attacks with Heavenly Counter, dealing Dark damage and a Tarunda effect on the target.
Black Frost is a great choice with Ice Dracostrike to deal good damage on her weakness and immunity to her counter.

Winning this fight rewards you with her Essence that comes with some pretty advanced skills such as Zanbarion, Maziobarion or Almighty Pleroma, the latter is pretty great for a Strength build...
The Angel will also give you 4 Small Glory Crystals in addition to more experience.
