Shinobi Game Sample - Sega Master System
0"Shinobi" is an SMS action game based on the original arcade game of the same name, and the arcade game has been ported to several platforms. The plot deals with a ninja named Joe Musashi who is out to stop a criminal organization called "Zeed" who have kidnapped children of the Oboro ninja clan. Your mission is to help the children, defeat Zeed's formidable leaders known as the "Ring of Five", and escape alive. The game features five main levels with bonus stages (which must be earned), numerous weapons, and ninja magic that you can use. Unlike the arcade game, you do not HAVE to rescue the children in this game, but there are many incentives and it's not that hard to do. At the end of each level is a boss. Later versions of Shinobi such as the Virtual Console release removed certain references, such as the Marilyn Monroe posters at the beginning of Stage 1-2.
