Original Air Date: December 10th, 2008 (Revised Today!)

Alex Kidd: The Lost Stars is the second title in the Alex Kidd series and was originally released in the arcades in 1986 where it featured a 2-player co-op mode (where you played with Alex and what was basically a female version of him named Stella). It's also the only Alex Kidd title to have an Arcade release; this game was ported to the Sega Master System in 1988. It's a classic, repetitive platformer where your goal is to find 12 Zodiac signs by beating stages before running out of time. There are lots of falls and obstacles to slow you down and stages loop but get progressively harder to make the task more difficult.

This is a revised version of our older video. It still covers the first level but was done in much faster time (1:43 as opposed to 2:21) and was recorded off of original hardware instead of an emulator (during the time it was recorded, we didn't have an HD camera or Dazzle Platinum set up; the sound is a bit different). The end of the video was edited to include Alex's obnoxious scream when he gets hit. Enjoy.
