In order to unlock The All Seems In Order achievement, you must first get through the Hospital potion of the game. After leaving the hospital, you will have a little stretch where you need to get back to Rosewater Park. You will have your first encounter with Mandarins on the way (the annoying monsters that walk underneath the grates on the ground), so you will know you are heading to the right place.

Once you get to Rosewater Park, just navigate the area until you get the key to the Historical Society, and then leave. Right across the street from the exit is Jack's Inn. it is VERY dark, so you won't really see it. Run across the street and go into room 106. There will now be some peeled off wallpaper by the bed on the right with an interact spot. Just interact with it, and the achievement will unlock!
