In order to unlock the It's Bread achievement, you must first get to the last area of the game, The LakeView Hotel. Once at the Hotel, you will have to play through it until reaching the Otherworld. Towards the end of the Otherworld, you will have to use the Staff elevator, but you must deposit all your belongings, or the elevator will not work. Deposit all your stuff and head down.

Once you reach the bottom of the elevator, you will be in an area with 2 patrolling Mandarins, and no way to fight them. Get to the Break Room (which is a safe zone), and grab the map. You now want to head to the Cafeteria and jump through the window. Now shimmy through the gap in the wall into the Dish Room.

There is an Acid Figure that will attack you in here, but it is very easy to get around. Just run and dodge when you need to, and aim for the open doorway on the left side of the room where you entered the Kitchen. Once through the doorway, look to the left and interact with the rack of bread. This will unlock the achievement!
