In order to unlock the achievement, you need to sit on a toilet while wearing a crown. In order to do this, you will need to find a Caveling Toilet in the wild. I found a few of these around the starting area. They were near areas where Cavelings had set up camps around my Core. You can either remember where it is, or mine it, and bring it with you to store in a chest.

Next, to get the Crown Summoning Idol, just keep killing Slimes, and one should eventually drop. They are pretty rare, so it may take a while to find one.

Once you have both items, head to where you fought Glurch, or if you haven't fought the Slime boss yet, find Glurch and kill it. Glurch will be near an area with a ton of slime, and a teleporter should be right by where it spawns. After Glurch has been killed, use the Crown Summoning Idol on the summoning circle, and the King Slime from Terraria will spawn! Kill it and all of the Blue Slime in the area.

You need to get the King Slime to drop the King Slime Crown. Farm it if you need to. Once you have The Crown, wear it, and sit on the Caveling Toilet, and you will unlock the achievement!
