Welcome to Tier Two! The difficulty is slowly rising, with this little map that introduces the Super Shotgun Guy, a major pain in the ass who can easily ruin your runs if you're not careful, and the Cacolantern, which is just an orange, stronger cacodemon. Other than that, this map isn't too tough.

IMPORTANT STUFF:
2:07 - In the area with the switch that lowers the red skull key, collecting the green skull token here will give you an extra 45 seconds
2:11 - After hitting the switch that lowers the red skull key, the wall with the baron face in the room with the chaingun lowers, revealing a red skull token (SECRET 1)
2:17 - Same as secret 1, but in the room with the super shotgun (SECRET 2)
3:09 - Collecting the green skull token in the underground tunnel will give you an extra 45 seconds
3:12 - The wall with the glowing eyes is actually a door. It leads to a cave with some imps and a gold skull token (SECRET 3)
4:13 - After collecting all the skull tokens, a soul sphere appears in front of the exit room
