Previously, Davilas continued carrying out special job quests for Vex and Delvin of the Thieves Guild. He did the reputation quest in Solitude, "The Dainty Sload". Now, he will carry out a couple more jobs before doing the reputation quests for Whiterun and Markarth.

Davilas has already accepted "The Shill Job" in Whiterun and "The Bedlam Job" in Markarth. So, after resuming, he fast-travels to Whiterun. First, he does some inventory management at home.

Then, he enters the House of Clan Battle-Born. Getting in is easy, since he is on friendly terms with them. For "The Shill Job", he plants the Stolen Silver and Sapphire Circlet in a chest in an upstairs room.

Davilas next fast-travels to Markarth. For "The Bedlam Job", he loots 500 gold in goods. It turns out to be pretty fast.

Then, Davilas fast-travels back to the Thieves Guild. In the Ragged Flagon, he talks to Vex and concludes "The Shill Job".

Since Davilas has completed five jobs in Whiterun, Delvin Mallory issues him the reputation quest "Imitation Amnesty". Davilas must speak to Olfrid Battle-Born in Whiterun about a job that requires a delicate touch.

Davilas also talks to Delvin and concludes "The Bedlam Job". Now, since Davilas has done five jobs in Markarth, Delvin issues the reputation quest "Silver Lining". Davilas must help out Endon, a Markarth silversmith.

Davilas fast-travels to Whiterun for "Imitation Amnesty" and talks to Olfrid Battle-Born. Olfrid wants Davilas to help him save his old battle buddy, Arn, from the chopping block in Solitude. Arn is currently in jail in Whiterun for an unrelated crime. There are two objectives. One is to steal the letter incriminating Arn from the Jarl's chambers in Dragonsreach. The other is to forge the prison registry in the steward's quarters, also in Dragonsreach.

Davilas is on good terms with Jarl Balgruuf, having completed "Bleak Falls Barrow", so getting into the Dragonsreach Jarl's Quarters is easy. There, the steward's chamber is the first room on the right. Davilas forges an entry on the prison registry in the steward's chamber. Then, he finds the Jarl's chambers upstairs. He finds and takes the incriminating Letter from Solitude on Balgruuf's desk.

Back out in Whiterun, Davilas reports to Olfrid. Olfrid rewards him with an enchanted ring. This concludes "Imitation Amnesty".

Then, Davilas fast-travels to Markarth. For "Silver Lining", he talks to Endon. He ordered a silver mold, but a group of bandits led by one Rigel Strong-Arm stole it in transit. Rigel's hideout is a cottage called Pinewatch between Falkreath and Helgen.

Davilas fast-travels to Pinewatch. After breaking into Pinewatch, the objective becomes to recover Endon's Silver Mold. Davilas finds a man named Rhorlak. After a modest bribe, Rhorlak tells Davilas about an odd button on the wall across from his fireplace. The button is just behind the left edge of the table. It opens the bookshelf to reveal a secret passage.

Down in the secret passage, Davilas finds some bandits waiting to be killed.

While clearing out this area, Davilas reaches Level 28. He increases his Magicka. Under Restoration, he picks up the perk Respite, which causes healing spells to restore Stamina as well as Health.

Davilas soon finds the door to the second zone, the Pinewatch Bandit's Sanctuary. More bandits await in this area. Some of them carry Roras's Letter.

Near a room with some dead Draugr, Davilas can lockpick an Adept-level wooden door. On a shelf in the room beyond, Davilas finds his sixth Stone of Barenziah. Be careful of the booby-trapped chest.

In a dining hall near the end, Davilas finds Rigel Strong-Arm. He meets her all on her own, so she's not too bad. She carries the Pinewatch Key and the Pinewatch Treasure Room Key. Look out for traps on the way to the treasure room.

In the treasure room at the end, the table carries several gold pieces and plenty of ores. Davilas also finds Endon's Silver Mold.

The door beyond leads back to Pinewatch. After unbarring a door, Davilas makes his way to the exit.

Next time, Davilas will return to Markarth to deliver the silver mold to Endon. Then, he will go back to the Thieves Guild and conclude the quest line.
