Previously, Davilas continued carrying out special job quests for Vex and Delvin of the Thieves Guild. He did the reputation quest in Windhelm, "Summerset Shadows". Now, he will continue the special jobs.

After resuming, Davilas talks to Vex in the Ragged Flagon. He takes on another "The Heist Job". He settles on one to retrieve the Flawless Amethyst from Hag's Cure, the alchemy shop in Markarth.

Then, he talks to Delvin about "The Bedlam Job". This one is to steal 500 gold in goods from Solitude. This will be his fifth job in Solitude.

First, Davilas fast-travels to Markarth. The Hag's Cure is in the south of the city. There, Davilas carefully breaks into the strongbox and steals a Flawless Amethyst. He must take this to Vex.

Then, Davilas fast-travels to Solitude for "The Bedlam Job". He soon snags 500 gold worth of goods from the city's merchants. When that is finished, he must return to Delvin.

Davilas fast-travels back to the Thieves Guild in Solitude. In the Ragged Flagon, he reports to Vex and concludes "The Heist Job". Then, he reports to Delvin and concludes "The Bedlam Job".

Since Davilas has finished five jobs in Solitude, Delvin issues the reputation quest for that city, "The Dainty Sload". Erikur in Solitude wants some help with a shill job.

Davilas fast-travels to the Blue Palace in Solitude, where he finds Erikur. Erikur has been cheated by Captain Volf of the Dainty Sload. So, he wants Davilas to acquire some Balmora Blue from Sabine on the Red Wave at the East Empire Company docks and plant it aboard the Dainty Sload to implicate Volf.

Davilas fast-travels to the East Empire Company docks. Aboard a ship, he talks to Sabine Nytte. Davilas pays her price of 1,500 gold, and she gives him Sabine's Footlocker Key. She has put her footlocker in the water near the docks. Davilas goes swimming and retrieves the Balmora Blue from Sabine's Footlocker just underneath the pier.

Davilas fast-travels to the Dainty Sload downriver from the docks. Inside, there will be some Corsairs. There is no penalty for killing them. To get to the captain's cabin, Davilas must go down to the hold and then climb the other stairway. The First Mate can be killed and looted for the Dainty Sload Footlocker Key, which unlocks the Captain's Chest. Davilas must plant the Balmora Blue, found under "Food" in the item menu.

Davilas fast-travels back to the Blue Palace in Solitude and reports to Erikur. Delighted with Davilas's work, Erikur rewards him with a random spell tome. This concludes "The Dainty Sload".

Davilas fast-travels to the Thieves Guild in Riften. In the Ragged Flagon, he tells Delvin that the special Solitude job is done. Then, Davilas accepts another "The Numbers Job". This one is to change the ledger at Silver-Blood Inn in Markarth.

Davilas also talks to Vex. He takes on another "The Burglary Job". He settles on one to retrieve an Ornate Drinking Horn from Heimskr's House in Whiterun.

First, Davilas fast-travels to Whiterun. There, he carefully breaks into Heimskr's House. He finds the Ornate Drinking Horn lying on a shelf.

Then, Davilas fast-travels to Markarth. In the Silver-Blood Inn, he "updates" the inn's ledger.

Davilas fast-travels back to the Dainty Sload, where he forgot to thoroughly loot the captain's cabin. There, he finds his fifth Stone of Barenziah. He also finds a copy of "A Dance in Fire, v6", which increases Speech.

Davilas fast-travels back to the Thieves Guild in Riften. In the Ragged Flagon, he reports to Delvin and concludes "The Numbers Job". He also reports to Vex and concludes "The Burglary Job".

Then, he talks to Vex about another "The Shill Job". He settles on one to plant a Stolen Silver and Sapphire Circlet in the House of Clan Battle-Born in Whiterun.

Finally, he talks to Delvin about another "The Bedlam Job". After a few attempts, he finally settles on one to steal 500 gold in goods from Markarth.

Next time, Davilas will do these jobs and start the reputation quests in Whiterun and Markarth.
