Something different: How to do a miniSASS, with Will the Ecologist
This video is a first in a new type of playlist, created as documentaries for my Nature Conservation students. This is a short(ish) educational video on how to do the rapid version of the South African Scoring System (SASS) assessment of river quality, and is based on the presence or absence of a variety of aquatic invertebrates. Everything you need in order to perform this in a river near you is included in this video.
