Sonic 2 Delta (Sonic 2 hack)
3Sonic 2 Delta is a hack by Esrael Neto which restores the scrapped levels and beta elements to Sonic 2. The original versions ran on the codebase of the Simon Wai prototype. More Zones and stuff were added as more versions were released. Version 0.23 is the version played in this video and Green Hill Zone from Sonic 1 was added. Version 0.24 transferred the codebase to REV02 of Sonic 2 and added all the Zones from Sonic 1. Version 0.29 transferred to the codebase of Sonic 3 & Knuckles, which added all the Zones from that game. From v0.31 onwards, the game was now simply known as "Sonic Delta".
