7-Part 7: Terminal Velocity [5m28s]-
In spite of it being the end of the game, it's actually pretty simple to nail if you know what you're doing. Needless to say, my tiredness caught up to me in the dying seconds. :P
Act 1 [0:08]: Boost like a boss when you get to the final set of speeding beetles (for lack of further knowledge on what they are lol). That's all that needs to be said about this level.
Boss [2:27]: BEAUTIFUL RUN. I had only just learnt in practice runs that boosting during the Cube sections actually is a timesaver. I have to say this is my best run with this boss yet.
Act 2 [5:19]: MEGA DERP. So much for a deathless run, lol. Thankfully it didn't affect the outcome of the entire session.
Mega mistake in act 2 aside, I'm glad I made it in the hour limit! It was close though, but it's an achievement that I feel very happy to succeed with, even if there were a few headaches on the way there. xD
It was fun doing the run! And even moreso apparently taking a re-interest in Sonic as of late too. Yeah, first Gex, now this. What next? We'll see what happens as the months go on.
