Sonic Colors: Ultimate
4This is the Nega Wisp Armor. It's design is clearly inspired by the void/berserk wisp. It is powered by wisps and there are bright capsules on the back, presumably for containing the wisps as they are used as batteries. It's two front tentacles are tipped with a small head that works as a vaccum to take in wisps as well as fire lasers and project cubes to make obstacles. The core part of the machine shoots out rows of rolling spikey projectiles. This is one of my favorite machines created by Dr. Eggman of the modern era. The concept of using a cosmic power as an energy source and the design of this mechanical beast appearing very Lovecraftian would seem to inspire Dr. Eggman's latest model of Death Egg Robot used in his war against the entire planet in Sonic Forces.
