I go through the rest of Planet Wisp in this video, and learning about the tractor beams that are connecting the planets, and Sonic goes to shut down one of the generators. He then comes across a re-used boss and gives one of his awesome lines of dialogue before fighting this ripped off boss.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This part is where I do the rest of Planet Wisp, Act 5 only has Orange Rocket for the Wisp power, and it is a mostly 2D course where you can use Orange Rocket, and there are a bunch of amber blocks which you can use as platforms, and some of them have Red Star Rings and other collectables. You can boost or stomp on the amber blocks to get past them, and one section has Egg Pawns shooting the blocks, so remove the Egg Pawns quickly.
After Act 5, there is Act 6, where you start on grind rails, and there are two Wisp powers for that course, Pink Spikes and Green Hover. The first Red Star Ring can be really tricky as you have to not make the jump to the boost pad, then the next section has a bunch of platforms, and you can use Green Hover to collect a trail of Rings if you boost on them. Then after that is another section where you can put Pink Spikes to the test, and after that is grinding the rails, and then climbing a large tower where you jump from one platform to the next, and at the very top is the Goal Ring, and you can use Green Hover to collect a trail of rings to get to the top quicker.
Then it is time for the boss fight, and Sonic gives us one of the best quotes in the game, "No copyright law in the universe is going to stop me." has to be one of the best lines in all of Sonic Colours, and one of the best lines in any Sonic game. As for the boss battle, it is a re-used boss fight, this boss is called Refreshinator, and it is a rip-off of Rotatatron, who was the boss of Tropical Resort. To attack Refreshinator, you have to hit him up to three times with a Homing Attack, or you can use Pink Spikes to deal a lot of damage to him, and if Refreshinator is hit, this creates electricity around the arena, and up to two times by Pink Spikes, you have defeated Refreshinator, and there is an achievement if you can defeat that boss with less than three hits.
After defeating the boss, we get a cutscene where Sonic talks to a broken robot, which Tails was able to catch him doing, that is the fourth boss done, and two planets left in the game.
