This is just an experiment that I used to see who much I could lower the Graphics of the game to generate a High Frame rate. (Ideally 60 fps.)

Graphics Setting: (Ones I adjusted)
-Anti-aliasing: Off
-Reflections: Low
-Shadows: Low
-Resolution: 800 x 480

Mods: (Improves performance and visual appeal)
-Low End Mod 3.0 (For Vanilla Stages)
-Cel Shaders with Included texture for GHZ/SSZ.

Note: Since youtube doesn't let videos under 720p to have 60fps playback. I will upload the original cut some where for you too see.

Also, this is not very ideal for all stage mods, especially for the ones with pre made shaders like SAGenerations. But it will work. Just put the stage mod at the top of the list, then the shaders right below it.
