This is it. Scrap Brain Zone. Or Clock Ork Zone depending on who you ask. The final zone in the game, and boy howdy did Sonic Team sure save the "best" for last. Do you want some proof that this game was a rushed piece of crap that they just had to get out the door with ZERO quality control? I invite you to look at the background tiles in act 2. THEY'RE INCOMPLETE.
But don't worry, there's all sorts of broken things that we're more than happy to show off for you, like how spinning platforms in act 1 are just straight up missing a whole frame of animation. Booby traps don't work, the crushing platforms are dangerously out of sync, and for some reason the "sky background glitches out when you touch a checkpoint" bug reappears here???
We all know act 3 is basically just Labyrinth Zone again so there's nothing new here that we haven't already seen before -- it's just as broken as Labyrinth Zone. But good god is the Final Zone awful. Not only can you not see the upper pistons, meaning Robotnik can just snipe you if you aren't ready, but you can avoid all of his attacks with the electric orbs by just standing to the far right. They can't hit you there.
Wait until the end of these credits though. You'll be glad you did.
