Space Engineers 2023 Full Scale TOS Enterprise VS Full Scale D7
These aren't new, they are kept in pristine condition for rainy days.
The TOS Enterprise I generally use is a bit more accurate in some ways and a bit less in others it's a bit shorter obviously and weighs a lot less.
Regardless of the tiny imperfections around the top of the saucer bubble this one is the 1 to 1 scale but legit. So I think it is pretty special. It features a small block bridge many of you have seen that.
It handles a lot more like the old show's ship but it is actually "atmo capable," even down to ground level, which was just my contribution for the sake of survival play. (Like on almost all of my ships, with a few Star Wars exceptions on the rebel side, you can try to land a hammerhead corvette but it won't end well.)
The D7 is also to 1:1 scale but has some minor issues to work out internally. It seems to suffer from power hiccups every so often which makes some systems feel glitchy. AI blocks seemingly flicker while it's driving etc. Still it is for all intents and purposes a D7 and it is generally lethal against smaller ships due to the disruptor system being able to disable power systems entirely. It cloaks, it has torpedos as well, it is certainly a match for this Enterprise, almost.
Well, obviously the original Constitution class was designed to defeat literally this exact ship. Starfleet had issues with their smaller ships being so overwhelmed as the story goes. A few Asia Classes get trashed and they simply must redefine what a heavy cruiser is.
This fight isn't as flashy as some of my videos, it is however as authentic to the show's history as I can do without literally having 100% control of weapon power output. So enjoy.
The shields actually worked how they should, the damage was quite accurate.
