I finally resolved the graphics and control lag issue when running LiveSplit with WINE on Linux. Basically, I had to run LiveSplit inside a Windows 11 VM.

Command I used to run Live-Split-Hotkeys: cargo run -- --settings ~/LiveSplit/settings.cfg --host [hostname or IP-Address]
