My Toxic Mist looks to slow down the S-Blast enough for me to zip around and splat them, which is nice, and a bit of movement keeps me safe and the Splash-o-matic not. I manage to hold the turf, even if I need a Bubbler to stay safe when I can't splat the Sploosh-o-matic quickly. The S-Blast comes back, and I nearly succumb to their Dolphin.
The turf remains ketchup red, which is good, but our focus on what's coming our way misses what's avoiding us, and although I manage to splat the Trizooka, the Splat Zones are lost and I'm hit from behind. Now we're maybe in a bit of a pickle. The green team have captured the Splat Zones and we could get pushed back easily, on this stage. Luckily, they aren't pushing forwards much, and we can gently push against them, at least to start with. A more aggressive push at the right time sees us surge through the Splat Zones.
Now we hold the turf again, and press a bit harder. We can't stop everything, of course, a Hammer reminding us of that. Or some of us. I still don't always remember not to just stand in front of one and shoot, hoping for the best. Never mind, the Splat Zones stay red, my squidmates get the splats, and I get back to the action soon enough. I even get another splat before we win the knockout victory. Woomy!
