Spriting Process - 6-21-14
Hey, there! Sol here with another video, this one showing my spriting process.
Someone said I should live stream my spriting, and I think that might be a good idea. However, I didn't sprite this on camera originally, and this wasn't for streaming. However, I thought some people might actually find it somewhat interesting, so I decided to undo everything and step through it gradually.
This is kind of a new spriting style for me that I don't usually take, which is kind of chunkier than my usual stuff. Uploading this actually gives me a few ideas for videos to make, like ones about poses for sprites, or (another) one about outlines.
Anyway, I hope you find this interesting or useful. Thanks a lot for watching!
And yes, I'm still working on Gearend and will be making a devlog vid for it soon.
If you like my palette, you can grab the PNG and XCF (Gimp) files here:

If you want to know how to actually use it, TOO BAD I'M NOT YOUR MOMMY. LEAVE MY FACE.
Er, rather, here's a video I made on using palettes with Gimp here:

Sorry if you're using Photoshop or another painting program; Googling should be your friend in that case.
If you like that little idle animation I drew in the video, you can check it out here:
