Spy x Family and Street Fighter 6 ANIMATION LOOKS UNREAL
Capcom is known for embracing collaborations with various video games, and now they're expanding their horizon to include anime as well.
The company has recently unveiled an animated short featuring a crossover between Spy x Family and Street Fighter 6, just in time for an upcoming event in the fighting game.
This short animation, lasting about a minute, is a creation of Wit Studio, the same team behind the Spy x Family anime series. The animation is notably vibrant and colorful.
The short opens with a scene where Yor Forger, dressed in her iconic black attire, faces off against Chun-Li on the Nayshall stage from SF6. The scene is depicted with the same 2D style as the game itself, showcasing an impressive exchange of dynamic moves.
Prior hints had been dropped about this unique Spy x Family and Street Fighter 6 crossover, and now more details have emerged, particularly regarding the gaming aspect.
Starting from January 9, 2024, special items related to the collaboration will be introduced in SF6 for a limited period. This is set to align with the release of the Spy x Family Code: White movie.
