There are some differences between handheld mode and docked mode on Switch. In handheld mode the Switch has: less grass, no option for motion blur and no temporal antialiasing. There seems to be dithering artifacts present in all console versions of the game that are removed by the temporal antialiasing. However, the absence of temporal antialiasing on Switch in handheld mode results in these dithering artifacts being visible most of the time.
