My Version!!! Starbucks Iced Lemon Loaf

The Loaf

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
½ cup flavorless oil
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon extract

Frosting (Starbucks calls it icing)

3 tablespoons of room temperature salted butter
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon extract
