The Ventral Sacs upgrade has moved from the Lair to the Hatchery tech and is now available for every inidividual Overlord. It costs only 25 Minerals and 25 Vespene gas. Overlords can carry 8 Zerglings and 4 Banelings at a time. Since the Overlord Speed upgrade has also moved to the Hatchery tech it allows Zerg to be much more aggressive early on. This opens up a whole new set of strategy for Zerg that was not viable in the past.

In this specific game my Protoss opponent decides to deny my Zerg hatchery by putting a Pylon in my natural expansion. This forces me to switch to early Zerglings with Zergling speed. While my execution is not the best, I decide to switch to Overlord drops with Zerglings very early on in the game.
