Stardew Valley 78 :: Planting Strawberries for 15 Minutes
3One entire day of planting strawberries on the farm! We have to clear the debris on the farm, till and water the soil before fertilising and planting the seeds.
Strawberries and Coffee are the best crops to plant in Spring for money! Although most spring crops are not very profitable as compared to summer and autumn. But Strawberries and Coffee are also multi-harvest crops, so we don't have to keep replanting them as compared to Starfruit in the summer.
Ancient Fruit is a good option as well, but it takes a while (and many Seed Makers) to get a decent crop of them. Also, they take all season to grow initially so Ancient Fruit might be better suited for the greenhouse or Ginger Island, where the plants won't die in winter. Starfruit in summer are actually better than Ancient Fruit if you are going to place the fruits in a keg.
Apart from planting seeds, we also take a short break to handle our animals (5:45). At night, we close the barn and coop doors to prevent the animals from escaping, so we can plant grass on the field the next day without animals gobbling them up!
