Please remember that at the time of recording this video it is very early days for Starfield - and we're going to see Graphical & FPS improvements across console & PC over the next several months.
In this video I compare gameplay captured from an Xbox Series S & a Lenovo Legion T5 Pre-Built Gaming PC, which has an RTX3070 graphics card, 16mb of RAM & an AMD Ryzen 7 5800 8-Core Processor.
Also, I use V-Sync and limit my PC monitor to 1080p 60 fps, which I know to a lot of people may be an anathema, but it helps me with capturing gameplay to make content.
In my opinion, Starfield is very, very playable on both platforms. Sure, it obviously looks better on the Gaming PC, but it's respectable on the baby Xbox too, and I've been happy playing it on both.
