Start Mega Man X with all powers using this password (SNES) - A Wild Glitch Appears! #shorts
7,478In Mega Man X for the SNES, there's a crazy password that allows you to start the game with all eight robot masters beaten. It functions kinda weird in certain cases, which is why I am categorizing this password as a glitch and not a secret or an Easter egg.
When you load up Mega Man X, wait for the game's demo to start playing, then press Start to go to the title screen. Then select PASS WORD. Now enter the following code:

2241
1221
The game will make a sound as if you've entered an incorrect password, but will start you on the introductory stage anyway. Now, you will start the game with all of the weapon powers, all heart tanks, and all sub tanks, but NO upgrades - most notably you will be missing the dash boots (along with everything else).
But after finishing the intro level, you can go straight to the Sigma stages. Normally it's impossible to make it here without the dash boots, so this might be a bit of a challenge! While I'm at it, it's impossible to get all the sub tanks and heart tanks without the dash boots or other upgrades like the helmet, so this password is pretty cool.
Also! If you enter this password BEFORE the game's demo begins, you will start the intro stage with ZERO maximum life, and X will be unable to move.
There are at least a few more weird or glitchy Mega Man X passwords to show off, so I'll get to those later.
