A game by Programancer, the guy behind that one Castlevania Indie you see on your Twitter timeline everytime. Game is heavily inspired by Shatterhard, where in an alternate universe, Detroit is turned into a literal Prison City, but terrorists take over, so one guy goes in to stop them.

The game is very solid, but unfortunately and I don't know why, it seems the game just eats your inputs sometimes and I am not saying as a complaint about the difficulty, no, it actually stops your inputs.
For example, in the Hind D fight, I pressed jump to get over the machine gun fire before it got too close to the edge of the arena, but it didn't jump.
