2Its time for another Justin recap in this episode of Stellaris Utopia multiplayer! We've upgraded to 1.6.2 Adams!
For the eastern side of the galaxy, the Kai-Fan-Chard Authority and the League of North American Island are still scrapping out a living in between two major powers, the Pobelin Hegemony and the Allied Buvhondon Commonalities. The two are attempting to plot against the hostile Commonality, but there isn't much traction with the rest of the galaxy.
But before they go to war, perhaps Justin should build up some of his infrastructure after the last war.
For the Western side, The Confederation of Hot Colonies and the Circle Jerks are living the galactic life. Peaceful expansion has led to the two empires becoming regional powers.
