2Is this the last time JJ will be allowed to play Stellaris Utopia multiplayer?
The Kai-Fan-Chard Authority is realizing that one of the alien entities blocking passage through a system has been completely eliminated. This has allowed one more chance for some colonization if the right planet shows up.
However, as Rich has noted, the number of colonizable planets in this galaxy is less than usual. Rich has been enhancing his empire internally and is looking to sign wormhole access treaties across the galaxy.
Miles is also working on his empire, building his research, upgrading buildings, and telling embarrassing stories about JJ in a preview of a speech to come. His fleets have finally cleared out a pathway out of his home system.
