In this episode of Final Fantasy II for SNES, we rescue Cid from Baron.

Our heroes take the Serpent Road to Baron. There, we find out that Cid (aka Kansas) has been imprisoned by the King of Baron.

We also find that Yang (aka Mario) is a leader of the Baron Guards, and he's being mind-controlled by Golbez. After beating him up like a lot, he joins our group. He has the Baron Key which will allow us to sneak into Baron Castle.

Inside, Baigon is waiting for us, but he turns into some weird robot monster and tries to fight him. Then, the King of Baron also turns into a weird monster named Kainazzo, who is like a water turtle with a human face.

Cid shows up and then there's this thing about a room with the walls closing in to crush us, and Palom and Porom (aka Stairs and Monday) turn themselves into stone statues so they can stop the walls from closing in.

Cid shows us where he hid his latest airship, The Enterprise. Once we take to the air, Kain (aka Toast) delivers a message. He wants to trade the Crystal of Earth for Rosa (aka Ham). We have no choice but to find the Earth Crystal for him.
