Strain Review Sesh! || Headbanger x Striptease by 417 Craft Cannabis!
4Hello! Today we're going over the Headbanger x Striptease cross coming from 417 Craft Cannabis!
So this strain matches everything else in potency and terp levels. Based on lineage and my experience I believe it likely has high levels of b-Caryophyllene, d-Limonene, Linalool, and maybe Myrcene, along with other herbal and floral support terps.
So, the smell comes across as pretty "sour," and chemmy with some spiced, herbal, citrus, and musky notes. However on the flavor I get a LOT more of the floral notes. It comes across first with that sour chemmy bite but is rounded out with a nice and lightly sweet floral exhale. At a perfect temp, likely somewhere between say 475-525F, you get the full range of flavor on this one. Very nice flavor profile. All together it's kind of reminiscent of a very floral and herbal berry flavor in some bitter or sour chemical, think like citric acid or something.
And much like the flavor, the effects had a nice and complex range. It hits immediately like a more energizing and uplifting strain with kind of a calm focus about it rather than being spacey and a lightly tingly body high but after the first 15-30 minutes it really started to settle into more relaxing and sedative effects. I found this to be perfect for evening use, as I like to have a dab, do a little something, then go to sleep. So I found myself taking a nice big dab of this, playing a game or watching a show, then being at a perfect point to fall asleep quite easily. Along with this, I also found it to alleviate pain very well. Ranging from aches and pain to nerve pains, it took care of it all. With the uplifting effects followed by relaxing and sedative effects, it's worked wonders for stress relief and just overall mood regulation. And I've also found that it seems to stimulate my appetite quite a lot! Overall, it has some wonderful effects that go along with a really nice flavor profile. Headbanger is going to be a more cerebral and head focused strain while Striptease is more of a full body sativa. I definitely think this mix is more influenced by the Striptease as the more cerebral and stimulating effects aren't as strong.
Definitely happy with my experience with this stuff! So much so that it will be a part of my next haul! Which will actually be primarily flower. Accompanied by the Headbanger x Striptease. So be on the look out for the reviews starting next week!
