Strain Review Sesh! || Sour Ghost x Monsoon live resin!
2Hello! Today's review is over Sour Ghost x Monsoon from 417 Craft Cannabis!
Sour Ghost x Monsoon has a complex and layered smell and flavor profile. Sour Ghost has aspects of OG funk mixed with some sour and spicy chem and the Monsoon has aspects of tropical, spiced, fruit with some woody and earthy notes. Information for Monsoon is rather limited but this is based on what I could find mixed with my own experience. Combined they have a very spice heavy flavor profile with notes of pine, herbal sweetness, and musk. This combo gives it a very spiced tropical flavor profile for me. Definitely tastes like it's high in Caryophyllene with maybe varying levels of Myrcene, Limonene, Terpinolene, Linalool, and Pinene as higher testing support Terpenes.
The effects on this strain are a bit more on the relaxed and almost sedating side of things. It has a similar euphoric uplift to the Sour Ghost but offers a heavier euphoria that brings on a pretty strong relaxation that extends into the body high. Personally it's still a bit too uplifting in the euphoria to act as an ideal sleep aid, but it did relax me a LOT and certainly helped. With this heavier body high comes great pain relief. From all aspects of pain. Inflammation, aches and pains, nerve pains, it took care of it all pretty consistently. And with the mental uplift, it helps a lot with mood and general mental health. And as far as appetite goes, I didn't really notice one way or another. So no notes on that.
All in all, it's been working very well. Medicating for most of the issues I have and the one thing lacking, I can find in a different strain in my current stock. So no big deal.
