Alpha 1 Ken is the definitive version of do some normal to Heavy Shoryuken.

A heavy normal to heavy shoryuken can dish out nearly 50% HP, the uppercut has a bit of damage RNG too so it may be stronger or weaker. Very disgusting meterless bread and butter.
