I would have struggled if it wasn't for this deadly setup, good thing no enemy has Hardy Bearing to counter Vantage.

Lowdown:
Winter Altina must equip a breath seal to activate Twin Blades skill on the 2nd hit.

Micaiah uses her Duo Skill to give Dominance effect to Altina and debuff -7 Def & -7 Res to the enemies.
Duo Ike uses his Duo Skill to debuff -7 Atk & -7 Spd to the enemies, this is important as this increases the damage thanks to Dominance.
(Now 28 points of True Damage per hit).

Naga has the key role of giving "effectiveness to Dragons" buff to Altina so she can kill any dragon without problems.

With the right skills and setup, Winter Altina can take on anyone.
Medeus goes down thanks to Dragon Effectiveness and Twin Blades effect which is 40% of Altina's Res stat with the important effect of negating Medeus's damage reduction skill from either his Dragon/Staff allies and/or Res difference.

The healers don't get a chance to hit first thanks to Altina's Null-C Disrupt.
The other dragons goes down thanks to Altina's Dragon Effectiveness that was received from Naga's Divine Fang.
