Streets of Rage 2 is a side-scrolling beat 'em up video game published by Sega in 1992 for the Mega Drive/Genesis console.

The game is widely considered the best entry in the series, the best beat 'em up game for the Sega Genesis, and one of the greatest video games of all time.

This playthrough however is not for the Sega Genesis, but rather, it's for the Sega Game Gear handheld console. It was released in 1993, a year after the original was released. Unlike the Genesis version, this one doesn't have Max, only Axel, Blaze, and Skate.

This playthrough is of Axel and I will be doing it for the other characters as well - Blaze, and Skate.

This playthrough was done using the OpenEmu app on my 2021 Apple M1 MacBook Air, paired with my 8BitDo Pro 2 Bluetooth controller.
