Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist is a 1992 side-scrolling beat 'em up game developed and published by Konami for the Sega Genesis, based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book characters. It was Konami's debut title for the Sega Genesis.

In Europe, it was released as Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist and in Japan as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Return of the Shredder.

This was the first TMNT game I ever played and as always, I first played it on my SEGA Mega Drive 2 console when I was 9 years old. I had always watched the cartoon so it was so exciting for me when I finally got to play a game of it.

This playthrough is that of Leonardo (I used to fight with my older bro as to who gets to use Leo when we played together) and I will be doing a playthrough of the other 3 turtles, so stay tuned for that.

This playthrough was done using the OpenEmu emulator on my 2020 M1 MacBook Air, paired with the 8BitDo M30 gamepad.
