(Read below for combo notation)

Although Estel has an infinite using her Flying Scythe (her Alternate Blitz move), I was surprised to see no YTers made a video showing this infinite is possible. So I decided to make a quick video illustrating a bunch of different setups from various distances in training mode, as well as a few examples vs Diva in Boss Rush.
In reality, the setups and infinite are very similar to her Sucker Punch infinite (her Alternate Offensive Special), but a bit harder.

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special, P=pick up,
A(hold)=press & hold A, A(rel)=release A,
BA=back attack

0:00 actual infinite
requires: Blitz - alternate
(after infinite setup)
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-Estel's charged attack is iffy, which can lead to this infinite ending even if both hits connect; if you don't do it right, the opponent will not bounce up off the ground after the 66A connects. The best way I would describe it is you need to put a slight pause after the 66A, so you don't connect the A(rel) too early; I think it has to do with where Estel's hitbox touches the opponent; it can't be too early when she's just starting to flip, nor near the end.

0:13 near wall grab JJ
requires: Blitz - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA JJ,
5JA, 5JA(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-this is probably one of Estel's best setups for this infinite, because you don't have to use up your otg to start it, giving you a chance to keep the infinite going if you mess up a charged attack once in the combo

0:30 mid near wall AAAAA
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AAAAA,
6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-the setup after sucker punch is going to be very similar to Estel's sucker punch infinite; use up all the wall bounces while keeping them in the corner; this is a fairly reliable way to setup her infinite, so most of the setups I list will actually make use of this sucker punch setup

0:42 mid near wall grab 5A
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA 5A(hold),
A(rel), 6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn

0:56 mid grab J6A
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA J6A(hold),
A(rel), 6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn

1:11 2/3rds screen grab J6A
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA J6A,
66A, 6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-one of the benefits to Estel's Flying Scythe is that it has HUGE corner carry; the downside is that it's a bit hard to just throw out there in a combo and then adjust, so you have to already know how far you are to the wall and pick the proper route beforehand

1:25 fullscreen grab J6A
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA J6A,
66A(hold), A(rel), 6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn

1:39 fullscreen air grenade
requires: Blitz - alternate, Air Special - default
AA, AA, AAAA 66A,
66A, 66A(1 hit) 5S(air),
[ 5JA, ] x2
5JA(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-Estel can start her infinite off an air grenade otg, but personally i find this setup much less reliable; the first charged attack you do will not hit them when they're in the corner, so the potential to mess it up is higher than the sucker punch setup

1:53 near wall grab JJ
requires: Blitz - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA JJ,
5JA, 5JA(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-while probably one of Estel's best setups due to saving the otg, it's harder to set this up vs Diva, because it's tough to put her close to the wall

2:12 mid grab J6A
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AA,
grab 6AA J6A(hold),
A(rel), 6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn

2:30 mid near wall AAAAA
requires: Blitz - alternate, Offensive Special - alternate
AA, AA, AAAAA,
6S,
[ 5JA(delay)2A, ] x2
5JA(delay)2A(hold),
[ A(rel), 66A(hold), (delay) ] xn
-both this setup and the previous setup are fine vs Diva, it's a matter of where she is when you hit her
