(Read below for combo notation)
If you get the placement right, you can combo after Gal's 28A, much like the other 2 characters. However, it's trickier compared to the other two; if the opponent is too close, they can flip out the other way. You want them close, but not too close.
Notation:
I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special
0:00 AAA 66A 3JA5A
(facing right)
AAA - 66A (slight delay), 3JA5A,
664 - AAAAA - 1JA5A,
4465 - AAAAA - 4S - 446 -
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
6645 - AAAAA - 28A
0:13 3JA5A 6638A links
(facing right)
AAA - 66A (slight delay), 3JA5A,
664 - AAAAA - 1JA5A, 4418A,
4465 - AAAAA - 4S - 446 -
AAAAA - 3JA5A, 6638A,
6645 - AAAAA - 28A
-i've also been able to do this combo after a throw with some modifications
0:28 3JA5A 663JA5A
(facing right)
AAA - 66A (slight delay), 3JA5A,
664 - AAAAA - 1JA5A, 441JA5A,
6AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - 664 -
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-doing two 3JA5A's in a row after a AAAAA is tough, but the dash jump 2A5A will allow you to squeeze in an additional AAAAA chain; the combos i've listed so far do 4 chains total; 2 before the special, 2 afterward; this one does 3 before the special, 2 afterward, making a total of 5. Hypothetically you could do 6?
0:45 5J4 8A starter
(facing right)
5J4 8A, (delay) 1JA5A,
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
4465 - AAAAA - 4S - 446 -
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
6645 - AAAAA - 28A
0:59 66J 1A(delay)JA5A starter
(facing right)
66J 1A(delay)JA5A,
6AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - 664 -
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-the dash jump 1A needs to hit slightly past the enemy as you fall down (not the top of their head); you are allowed to delay the J afterward a bit so that you fall closer to the ground making it easier to combo them afterward; you basically want to be as far from them when you do the jumping 2A so that the followup J will not knock them far from you. This is a useful opener if you jump past your opponent and still want to combo them.
1:12 66J 1A(delay)5A starter
(facing right)
66J 1A(slight delay)5A,
441JA5A,
6AAAAA - 3JA5A - 6638A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - 664 -
AAAAA - 1JA5A - 4418A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-the placement for this is a bit harder than the previous jumping opener; you need to be closer to the middle of the enemy
1:27 28A S 663JA5A
(facing right)
AAAAA - 28A - air S (delay) -
66(delay)3JA5A,
4AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-you can add more to the combo before going into the "AAAAA - 28A - air S" part; the small training stage just doesn't allow me to explore that
1:38 Infinite?
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
441JA5A,
6AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
663JA5A,
etc
-this is probably the hardest infinite in the game due to the properties of Gal's 28A; you need to get the placement just right in order to consistently connect the dash jump 2A5A afterward; they need to end up as close as possible and as high as possible afterward, but Gal's 28A is such that if the enemy is too close when being hit, they will end up flying out the opposite way. I kept trying to see if I could add a 3rd rep, but apparently I'm not good enough.
1:50 AAAAA x2
(facing right)
AAA - 66A - 664 -
AAAAA - 4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-it's easier to link Gal's AAAAA chains together with a 28A or 3JA5A, but you may need to practice this for heavyweight enemies (see my combo video for bosses part 2)
1:57 66A (1 hit)
(facing right)
66A (1 hit), 663JA5A,
4AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
-you may need to know this opener if you connect a 66A from afar
2:05 28A S 66A 28
(facing right)
28A - air S - 66A(hold)28,
4AAAAA - 1JA5A -
4465 - AAAAA - 28A
