(Read below for combo notation)

Found out you can combo after Gal's 28A with the proper combo setup (so now officially each of the main characters can combo after their 28A), and that led to recording this.
Why do I call it "near optimal?" Because I'm about 90% sure after the 28A you could loop the AAAAA into another 28A and repeat the combo as an infinite; my timing and execution just isn't good enough right now to record at least 2-3 reps to show the infinite.
Still no luck on finding any super damaging combo vs heavyweight characters though.

Notation:

I use CPU keypad notation for directions; 8=up, 4=left, 6=right, 2=down, 5=neutral.
A=attack, J=jump, S=special

(facing right)
AAA - 66A,
664 - AAAAA (slight delay) - 28A,
441JA5A,
6AAAAA - 3JA5A,
6645 - AAAAA - 6S - 664 -
AAAAA - 1JA5A,
4465 - AAAAA - 28A

-comboing into 28A: first of all, setting up the 28A so you can combo afterward is tricky; you want them as close as possible, but not too close, or they will fall behind instead of forward during the antiair. you also want them as high as possible. IMO, my recent disovery is that after AAA - 66A, a 664 - AAAAA will set up the ideal situation; you still need to delay a little after the last hit before 28A though. the timing between the last hit of AAAAA and 28A is crucial and will affect how the followup can go.
-28A, 441JA5A: your followup choices after 28A affect its difficulty; dash into 28A is relatively easy; dash cancel into standing A is medium-hard; doing a dash jump into Gal's J2A5A is IMO the hardest to replicate, but allows for the best followups (because they are then propped high enough that you can link together 2 AAAAA's with a J2A5A)
-AAAAA - 3JA5A, 6645 - AAAAA: i've covered this concept in my previous Gal advanced combo video:
https://youtu.be/DBhO3orrhb0
-6S - 664 - AAAAA: i always knew you can follow 6S with a 664 (i've seen numerous longplays that do that); however, if you do 664 - A... really quickly (like press A right when you reach 4), it will put you in the perfect spot to be able to easily link another AAAAA afterward
