Strong Bad Email #45, if he used an Atari 800
This video needs a bit of explanation, for those who haven't been following my work:
I've been involved with an archaeological project for the Atari 8-bit community to archive, and preserve the Atari Educational System Master Cartridge (CXL4001, the first cartridge announced for the Atari 8-bit machines), and its accompanying tapes. I spent two weeks disassembling the cartridge, and reverse engineering the tape formats. As part of this process, I wrote an encoder to make new tapes, and wrote a few examples.
Then one day, at about 2 in the morning, I had a funny idea to re-imagine the best Strong Bad Email of them all, as a piece of 1970s multimedia, using a real 1979 multimedia engine! Half a day's worth of work, and this is the result.
Credit goes not only to myself for the new data track, but also Matt and Mark Chapman, of http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail45.html for the original.
