In 2013, I did a piece of Glitch Art for the VCS, called "transmat," a piece of 6502 code barely 80 bytes in length, which was intended to produce a glitchy display. The emulators produced a fairly stable display after a fashion, and a rhythmical soundtrack to match, but the real hardware (running on NTSC, but due to lack of proper VSYNC, it's acting like a PAL signal), it acts completely different!
