As part of the project of curating the Atari Educational System (aka the Dorsett Talk&Teach System), for the Atari 400/800, I am documenting a disassembly of the Master Cartridge, and the stream format used by its tapes. As part of that understanding, I am developing a stand-alone C library to encode new tapes in the format, and show it here.
