Hi friends!

In this video I want to share an advice that really helps me to unstuck myself creatively, or get out of a rut in my creation process.

The advice is to go back to the basics of whatever it is I'm doing.

So, if I feel like I can't produce a good watercolor painting, or I feel uninspired / demotivated, I'll just give myself permission, for the day - to go back to basics.

I'll fill in a page with different brush strokes. I'll practice my "area filling" skills, I'll practice matching values, or getting an even wash.

Same goes for drawing, writing, or anything else.

This really helps to lose any attachment you may have to an outcome, and also doesn't require too much creativity on your side. You just do it, and it happens.

I hope this tip helped you.

Let me know what you think in a comment below, and I'll talk to you soon!

- Liron
