Welcome everybody! To Let's Play Subnautica! Episode 2, Time to find a better place for a base. I won’t make one just bellow the life raft since that’s pointless. We need to find a nice place, with some new resources to explore. I have found a nice cozy place a bit from my start-ing place. Next to a Kelp Forests and a small volcano ? Hard to call it a volcano but its loud. I hope to find some good resources for future exploration of the deep seas. It's also time to start thinking about protection gear and some vehicle. We won’t be traveling by foot all the time. But first things First, also a tip. Grab all the quartz You can! This game is eating quartz for breakfast and dinner! Glass, Silicone and I bet a lot more things need that so if You see quartz grab it. It’s all over the place

I have made basic equipment that will help me survive in this hostile word. But I wont get anywhere with his raft and from looks of it. Evacuation team won’t arrive any time soon… I need to set up a base somewhere, but where ? I’ll scout the area in search for suitable place. Preference safe from bigger fishes and with food resource. I think I saw a Kelp forest to the north from my site. Placing a base there should be a good idea. Hidden I won’t be bothered by the bigger fish and I should have plenty of small ones there. In case I’ll ran out of ideas there will always be kelp Right ?
