This video shows a demo of Sunlust's Map 01 'Chasing Suns' in which all monsters, items and secrets are scored from a pistol start, with no damage taken. Sunlust is a 32-level Boom-compatible megawad made by Ribbiks and Dannebubinga in 2015 and can be downloaded for free from

Despite Sunlust's fearsome reputation, the first map is quite accessible for no damage play. The chaingunners provide the most risk of being hurt; I was glad to discover the secret rocket launcher to despatch two chaingunners, the others require patience. Unfortunately some monsters wandered off awkwardly during this successful run, especially the hell knight that is released just before the yellow key.
This is the third level on which I have commentated 'live' as I played it and completed a no damage run, but the first time I have completed a level for the first time while commentating live.
