Welcome back to Tiny Blue Games, my name is Csaw or Chris, and today we are talking about GW2 in 2020. This video is another live reaction video that shows my first blind run through Sunqua Peaks. The fractal itself is a lot of fun, with engaging encounters and an optional challenge mode. This patch has added a lot of content and replayability for players that enjoy instanced content!
Guild Wars 2 is a very different MMORPG experience and focuses on horizontal progression as opposed to vertical progressions found in may popular MMOs. There are many benefits to this type of progression system, but one of the potential drawbacks is that there aren't obvious reset points for new players to jump in the game. For instance, World of Warcraft (WOW) has a vertical progression system that often resets at the start of a new expansion, which allows new players an entry point to catch up to existing players. Guild Wars 2 doesn't have these reset points, which makes joining the game easy for everyone!
