The next world is an ice themed world, and the first level has an Ice Skate which allows the player to skate on the slippery ice, and some snowballs which you can throw at enemies. This game does have some levels that don't have any elements from that world, so in case, not all the levels in World 3 are snow themed levels.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

The third world of Super Mario 3D World is a snow-themed world, and there are some levels which don't have snow in them. The first level, Snowball Park, has some new enemies called Snow Pokeys, and this is the first level to have the Tanooki Suit, which was in Super Mario 3D Land, and it is now back, and for some reason, Luigi has a Fox Suit when he uses the Super Leaf, I think this is to tell apart from Tanooki Mario, and because of how similar they would be if both Mario and Luigi had Tanooki Suit, so this must be why Luigi wears a Fox Suit for his Super Leaf costume, and another name for it is Kitsune Luigi. This level also introduces the Ice Skate, where if you defeat a Goomba inside one, you can skate around the snow and ice, and it is a bit like the Goomba's Shoe from Super Mario Bros. 3, which has been localized as Kuribo's Shoe, and to those who don't know, Kuribo is the Japanese name for Goomba.
I forget to mention that in the previous parts that the Stamps can be used in Miiverse posts, but this is no longer relevant because as of November 7th 2017, Miiverse has shut down, so you cannot do Miiverse posts anymore, and when completing a level, you would see Miiverse posts which checking out your score.
Next is Chainlink Charge, which is a side-scrolling level, and it is formatted as Chain-Link Charge in the US version, and 30 Green Stars are required in order to play this level. There are a lot of chain-link fences and walls which put the Cat Suit to the test, there is a Cat Wheel at the near end of the level which makes the platform rise and you can get a Green Star at the highest point.
After the tent where you can get a Sprixie Stamp, there are a lot of Sprixie Stamps with different emotions, in this case, this Sprixie Princess is sad, there was also an angry one and a surprised one later on in the game.
Then we get the Boo House for this world, it is Shifty Boo Mansion, and it is filled with Boos, and a Big Boo will appear as well. I do like the mechanics of this Ghost House, as the bookshelves in the library move if you step on them, and you can get a Green Star in this room. In the outside sections, you can see a line of Peepas and a Big Boo appears at the end of the level.
Here is our first 100 seconds level, it is Pretty Plaza Panic, and I am not a fan of 100 second courses, as I like to take my time in levels, and the timer can make you rush the level. I do like how at the end of the level, there is a block that gives you an infinite amount of coins, so it is nice to get a bunch of lives before the Goal Pole. To get the Stamp for that level, there is a Character Switch that only Peach can activate, and the Stamp is Small Princess Peach, as that is what is is called on Super Mario Wiki.
